As teachers, we often spend our time guiding others but every once in a while, we are reminded that we are also students. There is always something to learn, something to experience and something deeper to discover within the practice.🌿
For me, sharing Traditional Hatha Yoga is not simply about teaching postures. It is about sharing a way of experiencing the body, the breath, the mind and ultimately, ourselves.🫶🏻
